"Had to pay a differential payment between the insurance for our traded-in vehicle and our new replacement vehicle. Gavin Gillihan, one of the several extremely helpful Insurance Account Representatives in Andrew Felder's State Farm office, helped my husband on the phone today to take that payment over the phone, but not without its challenges. The office was using new phones today, and they weren't tying in well with its computer system, so Gavin promised he'd call him back as soon as he got them talking again. Sure enough, within a few minutes Gavin called back, and they were done with the transaction within a couple more minutes. Outstanding service, as always, in a timely manner from Mister Felder's team. Thank you!"

"We had to switch insurance companies due to some unfortunate incident and were super nervous because we were actually really happy with our previous company and had been wirh them for over 10 years. Jess Herr got us a bundle deal for our home and auto and was so pleasant and easy to work with while addressing all of my concerns. Although our home owers was slightly higher than we were paying before Jess got us a great deal on our auto and in the end we actually saved more between the two. We did sign up for the drive safe and save program and saved even more as we watched our rate drop over the course of the last two years. I couldn't be happier we the service we have received, definitely recommend!"

"I was extremely disappointed with the customer service. In my experience, they did not help handle my accident when the other party was at fault. I felt pushed toward the other person’s insurance and not supported—definitely not the level of care I expected."

While we don’t control their process or decisions, we do explain how it works and what options are available so you can move forward as efficiently as possible. Once those options were fully explained, your business made the decision to pursue the at fault carrier. Myself and my 4 team members have been happy to help move your claim along once you personally got involved and decided to utilize your policy.

"Andrew Felder is without a doubt the worst insurance representative you could possibly select.
Misstating coverages, lack of consideration, and absolutely no communication. Andrew has clearly built up his office, with no intention of representing State Farm or supporting his team whatsoever.
I have been with the Felder "team" since 2014, with a gap in the middle when he personally told me to use my insurance for a hit and run repair, and then proceeded to promptly drop my coverage at the next renewal period. My final straw has been his Jack in the Box level of customer service, during a very difficult claim, where my vehicle will likely spend months in repair.
Following this claim, my family will be changing to another State Farm office, in hopes that we can obtain some semblance of service, rather than hearing another "he just stepped out" excuse."
